Horse Racing Tips – 14th November 2015

Emirates Stakes day was our first frustrating day in a fair while.

We ended the day a touch under 7 units in the red, but the annoying part was the 7 seconds and 2 thirds. That’s horse racing though, and at least we know we aren’t far off when we are.

To date in 2015 we are +613.39 units in profit PLUS a further 30.3 units profit on our Private Community Facebook Page. That’s over $64,000.00 if you are a $100 punter, or $6,400.00 for you $10 punters. Not bad at all.

Maximising your Profits

Outside of getting odds early, the best way to maximise your wins is to have online bookies that gives you the best markets. While we use many bookies (and may bring them for best odds), the best of the lot as a single bookie is Bet365.

Get a Bet365 account here and make sure you make the most out of your winners with the following benefits.

– Early fixed odds.

– ‘Best of’ all three TABs for single bets (Win/Place) and Exotics (Trifecta’s/Quaddies)

– ‘Middle tote+’ giving you the best middle tote plus 5%

– ‘Best fluctuation’ markets giving you the best official on-course price

Bet365 also offers the 3 place dividends on early bets when the number of horses is 8 or more. Last week this was essential, as those who placed the multi close to race time missed out because Shiraz ran 3rd.

Other Bookies

We would recommend three other bookies to help maximise your horse racing profits. They give a great selection of fixed odds and provide some fantastic promotions on select race days. Definitely worth having if you can manage it.

William Hill >>>> SIGN UP HERE IN 2 MINUTES

Recommended Staking

We recommend placing 1 unit each way on those with suitable place odds ($2.00 or more). Otherwise it is 2 units on the nose or 1 unit for multi’s.

Remember 1 unit = 1% of your bankroll. So for those of you with a $1000 bankroll your unit will be $10

IMPORTANT: Check these promotions out and use them accordingly.

Ladbrokes: Get Best tote or SP +20% bonus on the Zipping Classic >>>Max Bet $50

Crownbet: Run 2nd or 3rd in the Zipping Classic and receive a bonus bet >>> Max Bet $50

Race 1 – Santa’s Magical Kingdom Stakes (1000 METRES)

Analysis: Needs some luck again from outside but will improve plenty on first up hit out. I can’t ignore the mail I got on her so I will stay true

Tip: Motown Lil (1 unit WIN and 2 units PLACE @ $4.80 and $1.90) >> Crownbet

Race 3 – Kevin Heffernan Stakes (1300 METRES)

Analysis: Forget last start, just could not get a run at them and got squeezed on the fence. Should get an outside run here and with a clear run in the straight be very hard to beat. The main danger is Generalife from a great barrier but I will stick with the Louvre to deliver.

Tip: Under the Louvre (2 units WIN) >> Bet365

Race 4 – Sandown Stakes (1500 METRES)

Analysis: A run like last start sees Good Project win here easily. Had no luck until late and then went bang. The extra 100m suits and so does a 6kg drop in weight. Charmed Harmony is my danger though having won 4 straight before entering some much harder races. Wasn’t disgraced at all in those and steps back to a weaker field here. Will roll forward and should be every chance to win again on a track he has won 3 from 3.

Tip: Good Project (2 units WIN @ $3.00) >>Bet365

Danger: Charmed Harmony (2 units WIN @ $6.00 ) >> Bet365

Race 5 – Quayclean Zipping Classic (2400 METRES)

Analysis: The numbers next to his name don’t do the runs justice. In the Cup he was one of the horses coming hard but they copped a huge check. Smaller field here so he will sit closer and have bugger all risk of being blocked. Big chance.

Tip: Who shot the Barman (1 unit EACH-WAY)

>> Crownbet Promotion

>> Ladbrokes +20%

Race 6 – Eclipse Stakes (1800 METRES)

Analysis: Another horse whose runs don’t do it justice. Was huge three starts back when beating Turn Me Loose, and we all know what it has done since. Solid behind much harder opposition than this in last two starts with more weight, and won a warm up trial a few days ago very easily. Will sit handy from Barrier 1 and is undefeated over the 1800m.

Tip: Worthy Cause (1 units EACH-WAY @ $6.00 and $2.50) >> Bet365

Race 7 – William Hill Sandown Guineas (1600 METRES)

Analysis: I am putting the Mamma on top though after a very impressive race last start. Just did it so easy and is drawn well with bugger all weight. Tough race but she is a massive chance. Zafiki was some inside mail a few weeks back and cleaned up for our private page. This is the deep end but light weight you never know.

Tip: Don’t Doubt Mamma (2 units WIN @ $4.20) >> Ladbrokes

Roughie: Zafiki (0.5 units each-way @ $21.00 and $5.00) >> Bet365

R8 – William Hill Sandown Cup (3200 METRES)

Analysis: Why not after he was super delivering us a big winner Cup day. Get’s 54kgs here and won from barrier 16 last start. 3200m doesn’t look a problem at all.

Tip: De Little Engine (1 unit EACH-WAY) >> Bet365

Rosehill (NSW)

Race 4- Cellarbrations Handicap (1100m)

Analysis: Two solid hitouts over the shorter sprints will have him fitter. Gets a weight claim and steps up to 1100m with plenty of form. Go very close.

Tip: Diamond Oasis (1 unit EACH-WAY) >> Bet365

Race 5 – Cellarbrations Erindale Liquor (1900m)

Analysis: Draws perfectly on the inside here and drops massively in weight. Forget last start and go on previous runs. Also has a nice record at this distance so will run it out.

Tip: Sabkhat (1 unit EACH-WAY) >> Bet365

Doomben (QLD)

Big fields in the sunny state as usual, but really thin on solid chances. If you are having a punt here maybe get the misses to choose one.

Race 3 – Boxing Day Family Races Handicap (1400m)

Analysis: Finally draws a decent gate here and based on strong performances first 2 will be exceptionally tough to beat.

Tip: Pepper the Pin  (2 units WIN) >> Bet365

Race 6 – Angelakis Bros Handicap (1000m)

Analysis: Taking on a beauty here in Alabama Missile so this could bite me. American Star’s only blemish to the win/place record was last start at Flemington. Forgive this run where he had no luck whatsoever in the straight. Back home now and get’s a brilliant weight drop he will give the toppy a run for him money.

Tip: American Star  (2 units WIN) >> Bet365

Race 7 – Lollipop Markets @ Morphettville (1300m)

Analysis: Always needed the first up blow and is likely to improve out of sight here. Little risky but at this stage in the day that’s what we like.

Tip: It and a bit  (1 unit EACH-WAY @ $8.50 and $2.65) >> Ladbrokes

Ascot (WA)

Race 5

Analysis: Going with the favourite here against a few quality Williams horses. If you followed us for a while you will know we called the quality of this horse a while back. It is going places and this is its chance to prove it.

Tip: Blackwood (2 unit WIN) >> Bet365
