Horse Racing Tips – Boxing Day 2015

Last main say before we dive into 2016. What a year it has been with some huge profits, although a few poor weeks to end which is frustrating.

We are targeting the Eastern states today with SA and WA really not tickling any fancy. Let’s end on a high!

To date in 2015 we are 490.17 units in profit . That’s $49,000.00 if you are a $100 punter, or $12,250 for you $25 punters. Not bad at all.

Private Community Facebook Group

We have also received some Inside Mail today that has been sent to our Private Community Facebook Group >> Message us for details on how to join. Inside Mail delivered in this Private Group has gone 70.11 units profit since November 11.

Maximising your Profits

Outside of getting odds early, the best way to maximise your wins is to have online bookies that gives you the best markets. While we use many bookies (and may bring them for best odds), the best of the lot as a single bookie is Bet365.

Get a Bet365 account here and make sure you make the most out of your winners with the following benefits.

– Early fixed odds.

– ‘Best of’ all three TABs for single bets (Win/Place) and Exotics (Trifecta’s/Quaddies)

– ‘Middle tote+’ giving you the best middle tote plus 5%

– ‘Best fluctuation’ markets giving you the best official on-course price

Bet365 also offers the 3 place dividends on early bets when the number of horses is 8 or more. A few weeks ago this was essential, as those who placed the multi close to race time missed out because Shiraz ran 3rd.

Other Bookies

We would recommend three other bookies to help maximise your horse racing profits. They give a great selection of fixed odds and provide some fantastic promotions on select race days. Definitely worth having if you can manage it.

William Hill >>>> SIGN UP HERE IN 2 MINUTES

Recommended Staking

Unless otherwise stated we recommend placing each way on those with suitable place odds ($2.00 or more). Otherwise it is on the nose or 1 unit for multi’s.

Remember 1 unit = 1% of your bankroll. So for those of you with a $1000 bankroll your unit will be $10

Race 4 – Slumber Party (1 unit WIN & 2 units PLACE) **take the tote**

Make no mistake this is a tough race with 3 very good favourites. All are fighting for Magic Millions spots and all are drawn perfectly. I am going for Waterhouse here. Ran a brilliant first up race behind a horse going places, then if you haven’t watched her recent trial then I would. Big chance here.

Race 5 – Jumbo Prince (1.5 unit WIN @ tote) & Our Boy Nicholas (1 unit WIN @ $6.50 >> Bet365)

I like two horses here and will probably play at both. Jumbo Prince is on top for me after a super run last start in a race that did not suit one bit. Behind Traveston girl and co. mind you. Drawn 2 and keeps the weight nice, he will he charging home. I also have to have a sneaky go at Our Boy Nicholas. Runs have been better than the numbers show this prep and he has copped a little bad luck. If he gets a clear sprint he will get close.

Race 6 – Diamond Oasis (1 unit EW) **take the tote**

I like the Diamond here in a notoriously tough race to pick. Blink and you will miss it. Forget last start when nothing suited. Placed only start here and trial leading in was superb. Don’t go silly in this race but it is always nice to have a go.

Race 7 – Magic I Am (0.5 unit WIN @ $19 | 1 unit PLACE @ $5.00 >> Bet365)

Scratched from the Vo Rogue and gets a start here. I gave it a chance in the big one and it is drawn perfectly here at odds that don’t seem right. Will lead and they will have to catch her.

Race 8 – NO TIP (exotics if you are interested: 2,6,7,11,14,16)

Race 9 – Little Brown Horse (1 unit EW @ $21.00 and $5.50 >> Bet365)

Little sentimental here because she is a favourite of mine. Despite that she has been huge this prep. Last starts 5th was a lot better than the number suggests after she jumped from 12, was last and blocked on the turn at Doomben with a notoriously short straight, and still got to within 2L of the winner. I like her odds to finish the day.

Race 7 – Echo Girl (1 unit WIN & 2 units PLACE)

Had her last start after a ridiculously good trial and she only got nabbed very late. Mind you that was from a wide alley after she missed the start and sat 3 wide the trip. Should be much fitter and from Barrier 7 will be right there with a chance come the last 100m.

Race 8 – Rule the River (1 unit WIN & 2 units PLACE)

Horse going places and showed that electric turn of foot last start. Throw in the perfect barrier and he will be right there again.

Race 8 – Reldas (1 unit WIN & 2 units PLACE) **take the tote**

One of our mail tips. Forgive last start when the race and distance didn’t suit at all. Will give this a huge show.

Race 10 – Duke of Brunswick (1 unit WIN & 2 units PLACE) **take the tote**

Wide barrier shouldn’t worry like first up. Was very impressive after being wide during the trip and did what he needed to. This is harder but he looks to of improved even more this prep.
