Horse Racing Tips – 26th September 2015

Another Saturday is dawning, and another ripper day of racing awaits.

After smashing the bookies last week with a $69-1 early place multi and 75+ units profit for the day, our horse racing guy has set his sights on more winners. Make sure you check them out now at inflated odds, and more importantly for the multi’s, to lock in 3 place dividends. Giddy-up!

We are updating a new results spreadsheet at the moment so we can’t make it public yet, but definitely soon you will be able to see and analyse everything if you so wish. In the meantime we have easily surpassed the 250 unit profit mark…BANG!

Maximising your Profits

Outside of getting odds early, the best way to maximise your wins is to have online bookies that gives you the best markets. While we use many bookies, the best of the lot is Bet365.

Get a Bet365 account here and make sure you make the most out of your winners with the following benefits.

– best early fixed odds.

– ‘Best of’ all three TABs for single bets (Win/Place) and Exotics (Trifecta’s/Quaddies)

– ‘Middle tote+’ giving you the best middle tote plus 5%

– ‘Best fluctuation’ markets giving you the best official on-course price

Bet365 also offers the 3 place dividends on early bets when the number of horses is 8 or more. Last week this was essential, as those who placed the multi close to race time missed out because Shiraz ran 3rd.

Recommended Staking

We recommend placing 1 unit each way on those with suitable place odds ($2.00 or more). Otherwise it is 2 units on the nose or 1 unit for multi’s.

Remember 1 unit = 1% of your bankroll. So for those of you with a $1000 bankroll your unit will be $10

Caulfield (VIC)

Race 2 – Le Pine Funerals Handicap (1100 m)

Analysis: We received mail on this horse when it first ran. Mail was a group horse in the making, and he is sure as hell doing everything he can to prove that right. Quality horse who got just pipped by Shiraz first up. Has won 4 from 4 this distance and should be very tough to outsprint to the line.

Tip: Craftiness (2 units @ $2.90 >> Get the early fixed odds right here)

Race 5 – Schweppes Thousand Guineas Prelude (1400 m)

Analysis: This is a tough race. Pasedena Girl must be considered the one to beat after a solid first up run. Dangers are definitely the impressive Alaskan Rose who has belted everyone in her only 2 starts, and Miss Gunpowder coming over from SA after some impressive racing. If you like a roughy, Payroll is way overs. Didn’t like the Flemington straight one bit first up, but back to Caulfield don’t be surprised to see her in the finish. Has shown an explosive turn of foot and the early mail we got on her was exciting. Can get a little far back but worth a go.

Tip: Pasadena Girl (2 units @ $5.00)

Dangers: Alaskan Rose (1 unit @ $8.50) & Miss Gunpowder (1 unit @ $5.50)

Roughy: Payroll (1 unit each way at $26.00 | $5.50)

Race 6 – BECK Caulfield Guineas Prelude (1400 METRES)

Analysis: Let us down the past two when had every chance. Once again should be winning this, so let’s see if Oliver can steer him home.

Tip: Ready for Victory – (2 units @ $3.60 >> Get the early fixed odds right here)

Race 8 – Anthea Crawford Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes (1400 METRES)

Analysis: Another incredibly tough race here with so many good horses. Good thing is we get some value to play with. Going for some huge value here on one of our favourites. Amorino was super first up coming from 11th on the turn to finish 1.6L 5th. Barrier 1 gives him the cushy run, and he will relish the 1400m second up. Disposition is the one to beat and should be looked at.

Tip: Amorino – (1 unit each way @ $41.00 | $11.00 >> Get the early fixed odds right here)

Saver: Disposition (2 units @ $3.60 >> Get the early fixed odds right here)

Rosehill (NSW)

Race 1 – Rydges Parramatta Handicap (2000 m)

Tip: Herne’s Oak (2 units @ $4.80 >> Ladbrokes)

Analysis: You know why! Let’s cheer the big fella home for some more profit…Again

Race 2 – Dyldam Stan Fox Stakes (1150m)

Analysis: Gets a chance here to get back on the winners list. Should really be earning the cheque but gee the money is short. I wouldn’t take $1.40 fixed, so if you must I would risk the tote.

Tip: Press Statement

Race 4 – Reginald Allen Quality (1400 m)

Analysis: Super impressive a month ago and a recen trial was strong. Everything points to a win here so look for her to shorten.

Tip: Flamboyant Lass (2 units @ $2.65 Get the early fixed odds right here)

Race 6 – Ronald Mcdonald House Westmead Golden Pendant (1400 m)

Analysis: Very short but how good is she. Avoids a bit of class here and was very strong last start. Wins here you would think!

Tip: Catkins (3 units @ $1.65 Get the early fixed odds right here)

Race 7 – Leonay Plumbing Shannon Stakes (1500 m)

Analysis: Always had a big opinion of this horse, and always showed glimpses. This prep looks like the one after his first up run when he was very strong over 1400m. The step up here is ideal at this stage and at these odds is a little overs.

Tip: Akavorun (1 unit each way @ $6.00 | $2.10 Get the early fixed odds right here)

Race 8 – TAB More Than Just winning Handicap (1400 m)

Analysis: Music Magnate has been solid the last two, including a close 2nd behind the one Fell Swoop. Has to be taken here. The value looks to be Nevagotavote. Was superb first up where only lost by a head bob when leading. Will go to front again from barrier 5 and with just 52 kg will give us a real hope at huge odds.

Tip: Music Magnate (2 units @ $4.60 Get the early fixed odds right here)

Tip: Nevagotavote (1 unit each way @ $18.00 | $4.80 Get the early fixed odds right here)

Doomben (QLD)

Race 2 – TYREMIL Colts, Geldings and Entires Class 6 Handicap (1350 METRES)

Analysis: To be honest I can’t think of a case for anything else. That’s usually a good sign.

Tip: Beckham (2 units @ $2.10 Get the early fixed odds right here)

Race 4 – McgGrath Ascot Open Handicap (2200 METRES)

Analysis: The 6 will be a real challenge here but Lock’s Legend just keeps on winning. Will handle this distance and the barrier means a cosy run at Doomben. They will have to catch him.

Tip: Lock’s Legend (2 units @ $3.00 Get the early fixed odds right here)

Race 7 – SQS HAULAGE BenchMark 75 Handicap (1200 METRES)

Analysis: Very open race here and I like some value. Frilly Curtain loves to lead and will do so from barrier 1 without any effort. Doomben is a good track to lead and she won doing the same last start. I will take her on to skip away and just fall in.

Tip: Frilly Curtain (1 unit each way @ $12.00 | $3.50 Get the early fixed odds right here)

Early Multi’s

Who doesn’t love a multi?…especially after it delivers $69-1.

Our horse racing guy has put together another solid early place multi paying $65-1. Eight horses, all with massive winning chances, and we only need the place. You MUST get on early with Bet365 to avoid the disappointment of ‘no-third-dividend’.

Add to the fun we have a 6-leg win multi. Every horse should be winning if they do what is expected. Can we pick 6 winners?…Well at $290-1 I am sure we are all keen to find out!
