Horse Racing Tips – 3rd November 2015
Melbourne Cup Day
Becoming a little bit of a routine belting the bookies on Saturday’s now with another 20.29 units PROFIT on Derby Day.
We have now picked the winner of the big three to date: Caulfield Cup, Cox Plate and Derby. While the Melbourne Cup is arguably the toughest, I guess we will have to have a go to try to keep up the 100% strike rate. Why not!
The race that stops a nation is bearing down, but unfortunately as any horse racing punter knows, this is a bloody tough day. Outside of Flemington things get even tougher so let’s not throw money away. Let’s dominate the bookies again with what we have.
Let’s stay on the roll and bring in a nice kitty for Melbourne Cup day. Giddy-up!
To date in 2015 we are 610.47 units in profit. That’s over $61k if you are a $100 punter, or $6k for you $10 punters. Not bad at all.
Maximising your Profits
Outside of getting odds early, the best way to maximise your wins is to have online bookies that gives you the best markets. While we use many bookies (and may bring them for best odds), the best of the lot as a single bookie is Bet365.
Get a Bet365 account here and make sure you make the most out of your winners with the following benefits.
– Early fixed odds.
– ‘Best of’ all three TABs for single bets (Win/Place) and Exotics (Trifecta’s/Quaddies)
– ‘Middle tote+’ giving you the best middle tote plus 5%
– ‘Best fluctuation’ markets giving you the best official on-course price
Bet365 also offers the 3 place dividends on early bets when the number of horses is 8 or more. Last week this was essential, as those who placed the multi close to race time missed out because Shiraz ran 3rd.

We would recommend three other bookies to help maximise your horse racing profits. They give a great selection of fixed odds and provide some fantastic promotions on select race days. Definitely worth having if you can manage it.
Ladbrokes >>>> SIGN UP HERE IN 2 MINUTES
Crownbet >>>> SIGN UP HERE IN 2 MINUTES
William Hill >>>> SIGN UP HERE IN 2 MINUTES
We recommend placing 1 unit each way on those with suitable place odds ($2.00 or more). Otherwise it is 2 units on the nose or 1 unit for multi’s.
Remember 1 unit = 1% of your bankroll. So for those of you with a $1000 bankroll your unit will be $10

IMPORTANT: Check these promotions out and use them accordingly.
Race 1 – Emirates Airline Plate (1000m)
Analysis: We received some very solid mail on this horse. Opened at $14, we got $9.50 with Ladbrokes and now look at it. Oh well if it wins no one will care.
Race 2 – Tab.Com.Au Trophy (1700m)
Analysis: Has been flying home as the distance increases and looks perfectly suited from Barrier 1. Will get a cushy run and we know she finishes strong. Won’t get much more that even money though, but a wins and win.
Race 3 – J.B. Cummings Am Tribute Plate (2800m)
Analysis: This is a crazy open race so maybe some value to be had. De Little Engine is a very underrated horse that goes unnoticed in a few unlucky runs. Will run this distance and just needs a bit of luck so let’s throw at the stumps. Jim’s Journey improved out of sight over 2600m at Morphettville. Will get a great run here and be very strong late at sill odds.
Tip: Jim’s Journey (1 unit each-way @ $8.00 and $3.25) >> Ladbrokes
Race 4 – Lavazza Short Black (1400m)
Analysis: Got a little nudge from a source we trust for this. Something each-way was the nudge and we will oblige. Why not in such an open race and at massive odds.
Race 5 – Schweppes #flemingtonfling (1000m)
Analysis: Spill the Beans looks ready for this race. Should be fit and has run some great times close up behind Counterattack. Real Good is given no chance but his times are as good as any over the 1000m. He is fresh and I can’t ignore him at big odds.
Tip: Spill the Beans (2 units WIN) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
Tip: Real Good (0.5 units each way @ $41.00 and $9.00) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
Race 6 – Lexus Hybrid Plate (1400m)
Analysis: Two starts back beat the horse that should win the Oaks. Last start just never had the run. Should be right in this.
Tip: Don’t Tell Mamma (1 unit each way @ $8.00 and $3.10) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
Race 7 – Emirates Melbourne Cup (3200m)
Analysis: The race that stops a Nation and boy it is hard to pick. The favourite deserves the title but its hard to put a line through many. Sometimes these races are best in big exotics, so our numbers are 2,3,4,8,9,10,11,15. Who really knows and we won’t pretend to!
Tip: Fame Game
Next best: Preferment & Trip to Paris
Value: Max Dynamite & Our Ivanhowe
Race 8 – James Boags Symphony Stakes (1800m)
Analysis: Another deadly open race here, so I am going for value. This guys runs have been better than people think behind much tougher than this. Steps up to 1800m and will be rock hard fit. Just needs some luck from the drawn and he is a big chance.
Tip: Hopfgarten (1 unit each way @ $12.00 and $3.50) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
Race 10 – Hong Kong Jockey Club Stakes (1400m)
Analysis: Got no favours first up and then nearly beat politeness. Just look what she did. Will be very hard to beat here and has won 2 of 3 on this track.
Tip: Wawail (2 units WIN) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
Race 7 – McGrath Estate Agents Nsw Handicap (1600m)
Analysis: Flew home last start a looks likely to improve significantly here. Will get a cushy run and be hard to outsprint at the end.
Tip: Liberty Island (2 units WIN) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
